Yamaha's E403 includes a number of breakthrough features including Sound Control Knobs that give the user real time control over effects, filters, EQ and tempo. New colours from different musical styles can also be added with the 50 "arpeggiator" patterns.
Recording original music is fast and easy with the 6-track / 5-song capacity on-board sequencer. An integrated Easy Song Arranger changes the style of a Song with the press of a button, while Music Database will set up the keyboard by song title.
Another useful addition is Yamaha's Performance Assistant which corrects the players notes to match chords of the song being played.
